We want to make sure our Customer are happy with their purchase. Returns within 30 days will be eligible for a full store credit if
1. You must notifiy us that you will be returning the item within 30 days of the date of sale by email to email@example.com
2. The item must come back in NEW, undamaged condition so that it can be resold as a new item. If you have knitted with the yarn it can not be returned unless it is damaged when you received it.
3. Any needles that are damaged may be returned for a replacement set of needles of the same size/style, no exceptions.
4. Custom Dye Orders are not eligible for refunds.
5. Specials and sale items are final, no returns.
6. We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, and costs or damage related to these errors.
